What experience do you have roleplaying as an OTA unit?
I've been roleplaying for a lot of time as OTA
Why should you be trusted with this whitelist?
Because, as written above, I've RP'ed a lot as OTa and I know how it works.
How do the OTA work in the half-life 2 world?
They are ground units, usually sent out to clean the sewers or to raid a rebel base, they dont patrol and they protect the CA, or any important CWU members.
How do the OTA carry out their orders?
They just do it, they recieve an order and they just complete it.
How do the OTA speak? What do they talk like?
The OTA speaks only during JW / AJ for orders or to report any suspicious activity, if no JW / AJ they dont speak at all. They speak trough codes and robot-kind.

What is your characters background story? (250 words at least.)
I was always a woman with no future, but when I saw City 17...
I am Jessica Murray, I am 27 years old and I have a dream, I want to enter the OTA to help the union to clean this city by the rebels that prevent us to save humanity from their own actions.
However, in these 27 years of life I have happened to me many things, some of these appalling and other wonderful ...
Ugh...I saw on the Newspaper about a strange thing called "reissanance cascade", they say that the reissanance cascade is a opened portal, from it, alien creatures invaded our world, killing a lot of people. When I was 8, my father abused of my body...He raped me a lot of times, maybe when I was asleep too.
I don't remember very well when but...A war destroyed my city and my house, in only 7 hours.
The sky was full of portals, from them, spaceships attacked the earth, killing a lot of people.
We call it "Portal Storm", the sky was black, with light-blue spirals, spaceships exiting from them. I watched soldiers walking out of Spaceships. The most scary was a strange man, I will describe him:
White head with two orange eyes, gas filter on it. Long arms and green coat, a strange flamethrower was used by him.
In that 7 hours a lot of things happened, all of my friends got killed in front of me, my uncle got burned alive by a Cremator...That was scary...A lot...
I had a crush on a boy, all of this events, it's sad to know that I just left her alone, because I transferred into City 17 when I was 12 (See two lines below here V). I remember about my mother telling me a story about an Animal with powers, he can control mind, he have three arms and he have four big red eyes, my father called him Alien Friend, I don't know why.
My sister was good, she helped me a lot and I loved her ] but now I lost her. I wish to have her back here. Think, when I was 3, she telled me that I hated her, haha..
At 12 years, my father died, I killed her, I was pissed by him, abusing me...Because of circumstances my mother decided to move to City 17 to find a job ...
At 15, my mother was killed by a rebel and I was an orphan, always having my sister with me ... After a bit of time, at 17 years old, my sister got killed by one of that...things...I think that they are called "Headcrabs"...Now I'm completely alone, everything in my life was a waste of time....One day I was walking on the street, searching for something to eat, when I encounter a Citizen, his name was Samuel Johnson, , curly black hairs, I ask him for some food and he said: "Come with me, you won't stay on the street longer". After it, he bringed me to an apartament with food and water, I live with him longer than 1 year now...27 years old, I take the train to City 18. I talk with a old man in the train, I remember all of what he said to me, I will write it here:
"Remember daughter, we are in big danger, this city isn't good as you think, it's full of bad cops and of evil people"
I don't know why he said "bad cops", MPF is the best Police Force I have ever encountered.
I talked with a girl too, we talked about little things, about our lifes, maybe she's dead now, but I don't care.
Right now, i'm in my house, hoping to join the OTA.

For me, the light is the MPF, the darkest moment is my life.

/me starts to shoot at the necrotics with the AR2
**She hits the zombies in the head, killing them immediately
/me starts to search for the other two citizens, who fled while she was killing the Necrotics.
Kevin Lee: Shit...She's there! TAKE COVER!
Bob Good: Yes Yes! Fuck...
/me start to run on a wall, reaching the roof
**She can see the other two citizens
/me unholsters her OISR, aiming at both of the citizens
Bob Good: SHIT! SHE HAS A SNIPER RIFLE!
/me shoots in Bob Good's head with the Sniper Rifle

**His head explodes after the bullet hit him
Kevin Lee: FUCKING PRICK!
**Kevin Lee starts to run away, trying to don't get shooted

**His legs come off after the bullets
